We continuously strive to build and maintain a strong culture of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) by putting our people's safety and security, protection of human health and the environment, product quality, customer satisfaction, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence at the forefront of all our business operations. By continually reviewing our HSEQ policy and carrying out general inspections to identify hazards and assess risks, we minimise accidents and ensure the prevention of losses.
Our employees are equipped with the necessary safety tools and HSEQ training that they need to perform their tasks, which improves our safety performance indicators and reduces the injury rate of our workforce. We also strive to improve the health and well-being of all key stakeholders by continuously organising various health programs and campaigns.

The certification of our system to ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Systems Standard, helps ensure that our products are properly managed in line with international best practices throughout their life cycle to meet and exceed customer expectations.

We adopt an effective supply chain management system to ensure we safely transport products from our plants and depots to service stations and customers nationwide.
